That victory was followed up by a 41-7 demolition of Tennessee in their home opener, but their perfect start was halted in Week 3.
Despite racking up 497 yards of total offense and giving up just 212, Buffalo fell to a 21-19 defeat in Miami.
Their response to that setback was strong though, as they won their next three games to go into the bye week on a high.
The Bills edged Baltimore 23-20 on the road and then blew out Pittsburgh 38-3 at home to set themselves up for their biggest game of the season.
Buffalo visited Kansas City in a rematch from last season’s playoffs, and the Bills avenged that postseason defeat with a 24-20 victory.
