Houston go into this short week on the back of a big division win that improved their record to 6-2.
The Texans kicked off the season with back-to-back wins, beating Indianapolis 29-27 on the road and Chicago 19-13 at home.
They failed to make it three-in-a-row as they were blown out at Minnesota, 34-7, but they rebounded a week later to beat Jacksonville 24-20.
Houston backed that up with a 23-20 win over Buffalo, before heading out on the road to down New England 41-12.
The Texans’ streak was ended by a 24-22 loss in Green Bay, only for them to bounce back a week later with a 23-20 victory over Indianapolis.

New York go into this game in desperate need of a win, having now lost five straight to fall to 2-6.
The Jets opened the season with a 32-19 defeat at San Francisco, but responded by winning their next two games.
They went out on the road to down the Titans in Tennessee, 24-17, before returning home to beat New England 24-3 in their home opener.
New York have not lost since though, starting a five-game skid with a 10-9 defeat at home to the New York Jets.
The Jets then lost 23-17 in Minnesota, 23-20 at home to Buffalo, 37-15 in Pittsburgh and 25-22 at New England.
Verdict
They are facing a lengthy road trip on a short week, but the simple fact is Houston are the better team.
