Los Angeles head to Chicago on an inconsistent run but having already won on the road in the playoffs.
The Rams went 3-2 over the first five games of the season, before enjoying their season-best run between mid-October and late November.
They won 17-3 in Baltimore and 35-7 at Jacksonville before the bye week, and then returned to action with a 34-10 victory over New Orleans.
Los Angeles then backed up a road win against San Francisco, 42-26, with home wins against Seattle, 21-19, and Tampa Bay, 34-7, before seeing their six-game streak end with a 31-28 loss in Carolina.
The Rams rebounded to beat Arizona 45-17 on the road and Detroit 41-34 at home, only to cool off with road defeats to Seattle, 38-37 in overtime, and Atlanta, 27-24 in regulation.
They did end the regular season with a win though, beating Arizona 37-20, and they followed that up in the Wild Card round as they won 34-31 in Carolina.

Chicago booked their place in the Divisional Round with a sensational fightback against Green Bay, but that was only their third victory in six games.
The Bears limped out of the blocks with back-to-back defeats to division rivals, before rallying with four straight wins.
They then responded to a 30-16 defeat in Baltimore with a season-best five-game win streak that started with a dramatic 47-42 victory in Cincinnati.
Chicago backed it up by beating the New York Giants 24-20, Minnesota 19-17, Pittsburgh 31-28 and Philadelphia 24-15, only to see that run end with a failed comeback attempt in the 28-21 loss at Green Bay.
The Bears responded by following up a 31-3 blowout of Cleveland with a stunning late fightback to beat Green Bay in overtime, 22-16, but closed out the regular season by losing 42-38 at San Francisco and 19-16 to Detroit.
They bounced back in the Wild Card round though, staging an historic fourth quarter comeback to beat Green Bay 31-27.
Verdict
Chicago remain a team that will not go down lightly, and they have the weather advantage on their side in this game.
The cold is not going to help Matthew Stafford deal with his hand injury either, so we are backing the Bears to, at the very least, run the Rams close at Solder Field.
