Arizona’s season never got going and they find themselves at 4-8 heading into Monday Night Football.
The Cardinals are yet to string together wins this season and went into the bye week having lost four of their previous five games.
That sequence started with a 34-26 defeat in Minnesota and continued with a 31-21 home loss to Seattle.
Arizona stopped the rot with a 271-7 victory at the Los Angeles Rams, but their joy was short-lived.
The Cardinals were blown out by San Francisco a week later, losing 38-10 at home.
That was then followed up by a 25-24 home loss to the Los Angeles Chargers that has left them with a 1% chance of making the playoffs.
