The 49ers opened the season by winning five consecutive games, but the wheels came off after the 42-10 demolition of Dallas.
They suffered back-to-back road defeats, losing 19-17 in Cleveland and 22-17 at Minnesota, before returning home for a shock 31-17 loss to Cincinnati.
San Francisco stopped the rot with a 34-3 blowout of the Jaguars in Jacksonville, and they have built on that over the past couple of weeks.
The 49ers returned home to beat Tampa Bay 27-14, before heading back out on the road to dominate Seattle in a 31-13 win.

Philadelphia enter this big matchup having won each of their last five games to improve to a league-best 10-1.
The Eagles reeled off five consecutive wins to start the season, but saw their streak come to an end with a shock 20-14 defeat at the New York Jets.
They issued an immediate response though, sparking another five-game streak with a 31-17 win against Miami.
Philadelphia followed that up with a couple of big division wins, beating Washington 38-31 on the road and Dallas 28-23 at home.
The Eagles then took down two of the AFC’s finest, winning 21-17 at Kansas City in a rematch from last season’s Super Bowl, before edging Buffalo 37-34 in overtime at home.

This is shaping up to be a closely-contested clash that may go right down to the wire.
