San Francisco head up the West Coast looking bounce back from a disappointing home defeat to Arizona that has left them 2-3.
The 49ers came into the season with Super Bowl ambitions and they got off to a strong start as they beat the New York Jets 32-19 at home.
They failed to follow that up though, as they went out on the road over the next two weeks and lost 23-17 at Minnesota and 27-24 to the Los Angeles Rams.
San Francisco steadied the ship with a 30-13 victory over New England, but they were unable to maintain their perfect home record last weekend.
The 49ers were beaten 24-23 by Arizona, leaving them below .500 and with a 0-2 record against NFC West opposition.

Seattle come into this matchup also looking to bounce back from a rough home defeat, but they are at least above .500 with a 3-2 record.
The Seahawks kicked off the season with three consecutive victories, starting with a 26-20 win at home to Denver.
They backed that up on the road a week later with a 23-20 overtime win at New England, before returning home to ease past Miami, 24-3.
Seattle’s perfect start was finally brought to an end in Week 4 as they visited Detroit and lost 42-29 to the Lions.
That then became back-to-back defeats for the Seahawks as they suffered a surprise 29-20 defeat to the New York Giants last weekend.
Verdict
San Francisco have the better roster so it would be no surprise to see them win this.
