Norrie Cruises into Desert Quarterfinal
Cameron Norrie ended Rinky Hijikata’s dream run with a 6-4 6-2 victory to reach the quarterfinal in Indian Wells. He saved the only break point he faced and converted three of the six chances he created.
The Brit has returned to the quarterfinal stage here after three years. He has previously played three quarterfinals at the event, losing two and converting one into the title in 2021.
