BC’s skid then reached three games as they suffered a 37-18 defeat at the hands of the Roughriders in Saskatchewan.
The Lions stopped the rot last week though, as they travelled to Montreal to upset the Alouettes, 21-20.

Edmonton go into this matchup looking to build on their first win of the season, which improved their record to 1-3.
The Elks opened up the 2025 regular season on the road and fell to a 31-14 defeat at the BC Lions.
They then had an early season bye week, but they failed to make the most of their extra preparation time as they returned to action with a 38-28 defeat to Montreal.
Edmonton’s winless start to the season then reached three games as they were beaten 36-23 in Winnipeg.
However, the Elks finally got off the mark last time out, as they beat Ottawa 39-33 at home last Sunday.

BC opened the season with a victory over Edmonton, and we expect them to repeat that here.
