Calgary failed to make it to 3-0 before the bye week, losing 20-12 at home to Ottawa, but they did rebound last week.
The Stampeders entertained a Winnipeg team that has been a fixture of the Grey Cup in recent years, and they were able to upset the Blue Bombers, 37-16.

The Roughriders returned home after that, and they entered the bye with a flawless record thanks to a 37-18 victory over the BC Lions.
