LAFC vs FC Dallas Previews & Picks - LAFC to make it four games without defeat in the MLS

LAFC come into their fourth match of the MLS season looking to remain unbeaten as they host FC Dallas, who are level on points with the home team. 

Last season, home advantage was hugely important in this tie. LAFC won 3-1 when they were at home, while FC Dallas secured a 2-1 win in the reverse. 

LAFC have looked good at the start of the new MLS season, with three matches resulting in two wins and a draw. 

An enthralling 3-2 win over the Portland Timbers was followed by a far more comfortable 4-0 triumph over New England Revolution in a match that enabled them to take maximum points from their opening two. 

However, they were held to a 0-0 draw by the Seattle Sounders in their last match as they saw St Louis City move five points clear at the top. LAFC will be fully aware of the fact that the league leaders have played a game more than  them, but LAFC cannot afford to be complacent, meaning they will go all out to win this one. 

FC Dallas have been fairly good this year, with the side currently sitting in fourth in the Western Conference with two wins, one draw and one defeat from four matches. 

Their early-season form has seen them unbeaten in their last three, with wins over LA Galaxy and Sporting Kansas City sandwiching a draw with Vancouver Whitecaps. 

Their opening day defeat to Minnesota United now feels like a long time ago, although it is worth nothing that they have drawn their only away game of the season so far in a 1-1 tie with the Whitecaps.
