San Diego cooled off in Los Angeles as they failed to build on a 4-2 win over the Dodgers, losing 4-3 and 7-2, but they did bounce back in Arizona.
The Padres won the opening two games against the Diamondbacks, 5-3 and 5-0, before losing their regular season finale 11-2.

Atlanta are short-handed at pitcher and are now heading to the West Coast just hours after completing a double-header.
