The Padres took their streak to five games with 9-2 and 11-1 wins in Boston, but saw that run end with a 4-1 loss to the Red Sox on Sunday.

Texas entered this series on the back of a much-need victory that snapped a six-game losing sequence.
The Rangers lost five straight in the middle of June, but responded to that rough run with four consecutive victories at home.
They beat the New York Mets 5-3, before sweeping Kansas City over three games, downing the Royals 6-2, 6-0 and 4-0.
Texas failed to back that up on the road, as they were swept in a three-game series in Milwaukee, losing 6-3, 3-1 and 6-5.
The Rangers then travelled to Baltimore and suffered 11-2, 2-1 and 6-5 defeats, before finally ending their skid with an 11-2 victory over the Orioles.
Verdict
These two pitchers have given up a bunch of runs in recent times, so the scoreboard operator could be busy in this one.
