Denver responded with a 111-105 win when they returned home to face Philadelphia, and that was followed by a 113-107 victory over Milwaukee.
The Nuggets then lost 105-100 when they visited Oklahoma City, but bounced back with a couple of wins over Portland, 120-108 and 112-103, and a victory against the Los Angeles Lakers, 114-106.

Sacramento go into this game looking to end a two-game losing sequence, but in decent form having won six of the last nine.
The Kings snapped a four-game skid with a 122-107 win at home to Atlanta, and that proved to be the start of a four-game win streak.
They went out on the road to win 134-133 at Golden State, 120-115 in Dallas and 103-94 at Memphis, before falling to a 115-106 defeat in Miami.
Sacramento rebounded immediately with a 133-122 win in Indiana and a 123-115 victory in Chicago, but they have not won since.
The Kings wrapped up that road trip with a 136-110 defeat in Cleveland, and then fell to a 133-120 defeat at home to Detroit.
Verdict
Denver head to Sacramento with plenty of momentum and are backed to keep it going with a road win.
