The Knicks, who put together a 50-32 record to finish second in the Eastern Conference, dumped out Philadelphia in the first round of the playoffs.
They opened that series with back-to-back home wins, 111-104 and 104-101, and then rebounded from a 125-114 loss in Philly with a 97-92 victory.
New York failed to clinch the series at home, losing 112-106, but they hit back immediately to secure a 4-2 series win with a 118-115 victory.
The Knicks have backed up that win in the first two games of this series with Indiana, beating the Pacers 121-117 and 130-121 at the Garden.

Indiana return home in need of a victory after opening this series with back-to-back defeats on the road.
The Pacers, who went 47-35 in the regular season, made a losing start to the playoffs as they lost 109-94 in Milwaukee.
They responded to that loss with three consecutive wins however, beating the Bucks 125-108 on the road before returning home to record 121-118 and 126-113 victories.
Indiana failed to clinch on they road as they were then beaten 115-92 in Milwaukee, but they took their second opportunity to wrap things up as they won 120-98 at home.
However, the Pacers were unable to build on that win as they dropped the opening two games of this series, losing 121-117 and 130-121 in New York.

New York are in control of this series and have a tremendous recent record against Indiana.
