The Longhorns rallied in the playoffs to beat Clemson 38-24 and Arizona State 39-31, but saw their national championship dream end with a 28-14 loss to Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl.

Arch Manning and the Texas offense failed to live up to the hype against Ohio State.
