That victory set them up for this big clash with Michigan, which is expected to be the first of six games against ranked teams in the regular season.
Oklahoma will be looking to get back into the playoff picture after a disappointing 2024 campaign that saw them finish just 6-6 in the regular season, with just one win coming against ranked opposition.
The Sooners closed out the 2024 campaign with a 21-20 defeat to Navy in the Armed Forces Bowl.
