Dallas are tipped to win as a slight underdog in Chicago.
Both teams have their issues at this point, but the Bears appear to have more problems out of the two and this Dallas offense is capable of lighting up a struggling Chicago defense.

The Cowboys moved on from Mike McCarthy at the end of last season and turned to Brian Schottenheimer in their quest to become a contender once again.
Schottenheimer has had a mixed start to his reign, splitting his first two outings against division opponents.
Dallas were handed a trip to defending champions Philadelphia on opening night, and despite putting in a credible performance they lost 24-20 to the Eagles.
The Cowboys put that behind them in their home opener though, as they edged the New York Giants in a shootout, 40-37 in overtime.

Chicago return home in desperate need of a morale-boosting win after five rough quarters of football left them 0-2.
Like the Cowboys, the Bears also made a head coaching change in the offseason, bringing in highly-rated Ben Johnson in an attempt to spark the franchise.
However, Johnson is still seeking his first win as a head coach, having seen his team suffer two dismal defeats to start the season.
Chicago inexplicably blew a fourth quarter lead as they lost at home to Minnesota on opening night, 27-24.
The Bears then paid a visit to Johnson’s former team in Week 2, and suffered an embarrassing 52-21 defeat to Detroit as the defense fell apart.
Verdict
Dallas’ win did come against a bad team, but at least they showed they can get the job done.
Chicago continue to find ways to lose games and they continue to do it in humiliating fashion too, so until the Bears start to show some sort of mental toughness, they are a team to avoid.
