They edged Cincinnati 26-25 at home, and then went out on the road to down Atlanta 22-17 and the Los Angeles Chargers 17-10.
Kansas City returned home to beat New Orleans 26-13, before going back out on the road to beat San Francisco 28-18 and Las Vegas 27-20.
The Chiefs then took their perfect start to 9-0 with a couple of home wins, beating Tampa Bay 30-24 in overtime and Denver 16-14 in regulation.

Buffalo enter this big matchup having now won each of their last five games to take their record to 8-2.
The Bills opened the season with three consecutive wins, sandwiching a 31-10 victory in Miami with home wins against Arizona, 34-28, and Jacksonville, 47-10.
Their perfect start was ended by a 35-10 defeat in Baltimore, and they then lost 23-20 when they headed to Houston.
Buffalo have not lost since though, sparking this five-game streak with a 23-20 win at the New York Jets.
Since then the Bills have beaten Tennessee 34-10 at home, Seattle 31-10 on the road, Miami 30-27 at home and Indianapolis 30-20 on the road.

Buffalo are a team in good form, but betting against Patrick Mahomes always feels risky.
