Dallas lost 5-3 at home to Vancouver, and then followed up a 3-1 loss in St Louis with home defeats to Columbus, 4-1, and Los Angeles, 3-2 in overtime.
The Stars finally stopped the rot as they beat Carolina 3-2 at home, and they have backed that up with a 3-2 win in Nashville and a 1-0 victory at home to Washington.

Tampa Bay also enter this matchup having rebounded from a four-game slump with three consecutive wins.
The Lightning made a rough start as they dropped back-to-back home games, 5-4 to Ottawa and 2-0 to New Jersey.
