The Golden Knights made a rough start to March as they saw a season-worst losing skid reach four games, but they have rebounded since then.
They won three of their next four games, beating Detroit 5-3 and Seattle 5-4 (OT), before bouncing back from 4-1 loss in Calgary with a 3-1 victory over New Jersey.
Vegas then responded to a 5-3 loss to Tampa Bay with home wins against Seattle, 4-1, and Columbus 4-2.
The Golden Knights then made it three wins in a row with a 2-1 overtime win in St Louis, only to suffer a 5-4 overtime defeat when they visited Nashville last time out.
Winnipeg Jets Form
Winnipeg go into this game on a bad run of form, having now lost each of their last four games.
The Jets struggled for consistency during the first half of March, as they went 4-3 during a seven-game spell.
A 6-0 shutout of Anaheim led to some improved form, as they backed it up with a 6-1 win in Columbus and a 4-2 success at the New York Rangers, but they soon returned to losing ways.
Winnipeg wrapped up that five-game road trip by losing 4-1 in New Jersey, 6-1 at the New York Islanders and 3-0 in Washington.
The Jets then returned home to suffer a 4-3 overtime defeat at the hands of Edmonton, extending their losing run to four games.
Verdict
Vegas are the team in better form and have a tremendous recent record against Winnipeg, so we are all over the Golden Knights as underdogs in this one.
