Shelton Reaches Munich Quarterfinals Comfortably
Ben Shelton moved into the quarterfinals with a straight-sets win over Alexander Blockx. It was a much improved performance after his tight opening-round battle against Emilio Nava earlier this week.
Last year, Shelton made an impressive debut in Munich, surviving a three-set opener before reaching the semifinal, where he lost to eventual champion Alexander Zverev. He will now aim to replicate that run.
