2026 UFL Championship Odds – Stallions Backed To Regain Spring American Football Crown

The UFL is entering its third season and has undergone a major shake-up during the offseason, introducing the Columbus Aviators, Louisville Kings and Orlando Storm into the league, while rebranding the Houston Roughnecks as the Gamblers.

Despite the changes some old favourites are returning for 2026, and one of those is a team that has been a dominant force in Spring American football since 2022.

The Birmingham Stallions won back-to-back championships in the United States Football League (USFL), and then claimed the inaugural UFL crown after the USFL merged with the XFL ahead of the 2024 season.

Their dominance was finally ended in 2025, as they were beaten in the playoffs by Michigan, but at +340 bookmaker Stake believes the Stallions are primed to become champions once again in 2026. The team has undergone some significant changes though, with the most notable being at head coach where Skip Holtz has been succeeded by former St Louis Battlehawks quarterback AJ McCarron.

The defending champion DC Defenders are considered Birmingham’s biggest threat, with the bookies offering +375 on them winning back-to-back titles. The Defenders’ preparations for the 2025 season were thrown into chaos when head coach Reggie Barlow quit on the eve of the campaign, but interim head coach Shannon Harris did more than just steady the ship – he led DC all the way to a championship win over Michigan.

That 58-34 success against the Panthers meant the Defenders won a Spring football title for the first time in history, and it also secured Harris the head coach job on a permanent basis.

Next up in the betting at +475 are 2024 XFL champions Dallas Renegades, who have appointed Rick Neuheisel as head coach following the departure of Bob Stoops, while the Orlando Storm are considered +550 shots after luring head coach Anthony Becht away from St Louis.

The Battlehawks, who will be led by Ricky Proehl in 2026, are next up at +650, while league newcomers, the Columbus Aviators and the Louisville Kings, are priced at +800 and +1200 respectively.

Bringing up the rear at +1400 are the Houston Gamblers, who not only rebranded in the offseason, but also made a much-needed change at head coach by replacing Curtis Johnson with Kevin Sumlin.
