They beat UAB 38-24, and then followed that up with a 42-23 victory at Tulsa and a 21-13 win at home to Rice.
Navy then beat Air Force 34-31, before returning to conference duty with a 32-31 win at Temple.
The Midshipmen followed that up with a 42-32 success at home to Florida Atlantic, but they failed to make it three-in-a-row last weekend as they fell 31-17 at North Texas.

Notre Dame enter this matchup having rebounded from a couple of season-opening losses with a six-game win streak.
The Fighting Irish kicked off the campaign with a 27-24 loss at Miami, and then lost their home opener against Texas A&M 41-40.
They finally got off the mark at the third attempt, beating Purdue 56-30, and they backed that up on the road a week later as they downed Arkansas 56-13.
Notre Dame then returned home for three straight successes, as they beat Boise State 28-7, NC State 36-7 and USC 34-24.
The Fighting Irish then made it six straight wins overall as they went out on the road to beat Boston College 25-10.

Notre Dame have put their slow start behind them and have forced their way into college football’s top 10, albeit with some controversy.
