Buffalo head to Atlanta looking to rebound from their first defeat of the season before they head into the bye week.
The Bills opened the season by staging a dramatic last-gasp fightback to beat Baltimore at home, 41-40.
They then backed that up with two division wins as they beat the New York Jets at home, 30-10, and Miami on the road, 31-21.
Buffalo then made it four wins in a row as they returned home to down New Orleans, 31-19.
However, the Bills were unable to improve to 5-0 last time out, as they suffered a shock home defeat at the hands of division rivals New England, 23-20.
Atlanta Falcons Form
Atlanta returned from their bye week looking to find some consistency, having gone 2-2 through their first four games.
The Falcons opened the season at home to division rivals Tampa Bay, and lost 23-20 to the Buccaneers.
They rebounded a week later and they did it in surprising fashion as they shut down the Vikings in a 22-6 victory in Minnesota.
Atlanta failed to back that up when they moved to Carolina though, as they were shut out in a 30-0 defeat to the Panthers.
The Falcons issued the best possible response though, as they upset Washington 34-27 to get back to .500 before the bye.
Verdict
Buffalo slipped up last time out, but this is a team that usually responds well to a setback.
