The Browns opened the season with a 33-17 defeat to Dallas, and although they rebounded a week later to beat Jacksonville 18-13, they never got their season going.
They lost five straight games before upsetting Baltimore 29-24, and failed to build on that as they lost the next two.
Cleveland then shocked Pittsburgh 24-19 on November 21, but they have not managed another victory since that day.
The Browns have lost five consecutive matchups, and in their last three they have averaged just 5.3 points per game as they have lost to Kansas City, Cincinnati and Miami.

Baltimore enter their final game of the regular season with a playoff place secure, and knowing that one more win will wrap up the AFC North title.
The Ravens lost their first two games of the campaign, but rebounded to win eight of their next 10 games to kick-start their season.
Their last defeat came back on December 1 when they were beaten 24-19, and since that night they have won three straight.
Baltimore rebounded from the loss to the Eagles with a 35-14 blowout of the New York Giants, and then recorded a big 34-17 win over division rivals Pittsburgh.
The Ravens then edged to within one win of claiming the AFC North crown as they blew out Houston on the road on Christmas Day, 31-2.

Baltimore’s offense is firing on all cylinders and the defense has been rock solid during the last few games.
They now face a Cleveland team who are already packed for their holiday, so we expect a commanding win for the Ravens in this one.
