The Texans entered the 2025 season with playoff ambitions, but are already facing a fight after losing their first three games of the season.
They opened up on the road and a costly late fumble condemned them to a 14-9 defeat at the Los Angeles Rams.
Houston then dropped their home opener against Tampa Bay, 20-19, before heading back out on the road for a 17-10 loss in Jacksonville.
The Texans did finally get off the mark last weekend though, as they shut out division rivals Tennessee in a 26-0 victory.
Baltimore Ravens Form
Baltimore enter this matchup in an early-season crisis, having lost three of their first four games and star quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The Ravens came into the 2025 campaign as a leading contender to win the Super Bowl, only to make a losing start as they blew a late lead to fall 41-40 in Buffalo.
They rebounded a week later with a 41-17 blowout of division rivals Cleveland, but they have been unable to follow up that success.
Baltimore suffered a 38-30 defeat when they hosted Detroit on Monday Night Football in Week 3.
That became back-to-back defeats for the Ravens last weekend, as they were beaten 37-20 by the Chiefs in Kansas City.
