Buffalo enter this big AFC East matchup boasting a perfect record, having won each of their first four games of the season.
The Bills entered the 2025 campaign as a leading contender to win the Super Bowl, and staged an amazing late fightback to beat Baltimore 41-40 on opening night.
They backed that up a week later as they went out on the road to beat division rivals, the New York Jets, 30-10.
Buffalo then returned home to take down another AFC East opponent, beating Miami 31-21 on Thursday Night Football.
The Bills remained at home for last weekend’s game too, and retained their 100% record with a 31-19 victory over New Orleans.

We expect Buffalo to come out on top here, but we are less confident about their chances of covering.
