The Titans opened the campaign on the road and suffered a 20-12 defeat at the hands of the Broncos in Denver.
They then dropped back-to-back games at home as they were beaten 33-19 by the Los Angeles Rams and 41-20 by Indianapolis.
Tennessee’s losing start reached four games with a 26-0 shutout loss in Houston, before they finally broke their duck in week ago.
It took a series of extraordinary events, but the Titans pulled out a 22-21 victory in Arizona thanks to a walk-off field goal that capped off a second half fightback.

Las Vegas go into this game on the back of an embarrassing blowout loss in Indianapolis that extended their losing skid to four games.
The Raiders kicked off the season with a 20-13 victory in New England, but it has been all downhill from there.
They dropped their home opener to the Los Angeles Chargers, 20-9, and then fell to a 41-24 defeat in Washington.
Las Vegas had the opportunity to stop the rot a week later, but saw a last-gasp field goal get blocked as they lost 25-24 at home to Chicago.
The Raiders’ miserable run then reached four games last time out as they were beaten 40-6 at Indianapolis.

Both teams have made 1-4 starts and have produced very few positives right now.
