Atlanta United know that a big performance is needed this weekend as they look to avoid an early elimination from the MLS playoffs.
Inter Miami are looking to make it two consecutive wins over Atlanta in the playoffs when they take on their opponents at the weekend.

Atlanta United Form
Atlanta United did not give a particularly good account of themselves in their opening clash with Inter Miami as they could only hit the target twice and saw just 34% of the ball.
While they did score with one of their two shots on target, they struggled to create many opportunities in a match that has immediately put them on the backfoot. They now know they have to win this one to force the best-of-three tie into a deciding match.
While I expect more from United in this one, I predict that they will once again slip to defeat against a side stacked full of talent.

Inter Miami were excellent in their opening match against United as they bounced back from being pegged back to 1-1 as Jordi Alba scored the winning goal in the second-half.
Miami saw a lot of the ball and took a total of 22 shots with 12 hitting the target. While they could have been far bigger winners if they had taken their chances, it is also worth bearing in mind that their profligacy in front of goal could come back to haunt them if they struggle to create chances this week.
However, it is worth remembering that when a team has Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez up-front, they will likely only need one chance to punish the opposition.
