Heavyweight contenders Jarrell Miller (27-1-2, 22 KOs) and Lenier Pero (13-0, 8 KOs) clash in a WBA final eliminator at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas in Las Vegas, United States on Saturday, April 25.
The fight can be exclusively seen globally in over 200 countries on DAZN.
Miller is stepping inside the boxing ring for the second time this year and will have his sights set on winning back-to-back fights for the first time since 2023, when he followed up a fourth-round knockout of Derek Cardenas with a sixth-round stoppage of Lucas Browne.
‘Big Baby’ suffered his first defeat after that though, as he was knocked out in the 10th round by Daniel Dubois, and his career then stalled as he went to a draw with Andy Ruiz Jr in August 2024 and did not fight again until January of this year.
Miller made up for lost time in January though, when he beat Kingsley Ibeh by split decision, and he will now have his sights on making it back-to-back defeats, with a world title fight going to the winner.
Looking to deny the American is unbeaten Pero – a Cuban fighter who has not lost of his previous 13 fights.
This is the 33-year-old’s biggest challenge to date though, but can he maintain his 100% record to land a world heavyweight title opportunity, or will he suffer the first defeat of his professional career?
