Galarneau Steps Up to Tour Level
Alexis Galarneau has made a steady start to the season with strong results on the Challenger circuit. He reached the finals in Baton Rouge and Metepec and the semifinal in Oeiras.
He carried that momentum into qualifying this week, defeating two solid opponents to book a place in the main draw.
This is his first tour level event outside the Canadian Masters in Toronto and Montreal. He now looks for his second tour level win after beating Arthur Rinderknech in Toronto last year.
