Auburn again failed to follow up a win as they then suffered a 24-14 home defeat to Arkansas.
That then became back-to-back defeats last weekend as the Tigers gave up 17 unanswered points in the final 10 minutes to lose 27-21 at home to Oklahoma.

Georgia return home looking to bounce back from a couple of disappointing outings on the road.
The Bulldogs made an early statement as they blew out Clemson on opening day, winning 34-3, but they have struggled to reach those same heights since then.
They did roll over Tennessee Tech a week later, 48-3, but they were pushed to the absolute limit in their first road game of 2024 as they won 13-12 in Kentucky.
That gave Georgia a perfect record to take into the massive meeting with Alabama last weekend, and they dug themselves into a huge hole early on.
The Bulldogs trailed 30-7 at half-time, but they fought back and scored three fourth-quarter touchdowns to take a late lead, only to give up a huge TD with 138 seconds remaining to lose 41-34.
Verdict
Georgia have had a rough couple of weeks, but they got the offense going again in the second half on Saturday.
This defense also does not have to contend with Jalen Milroe in this one, so we like the chances of the Bulldogs bouncing back with a dominant win.
