Minnesota make the trip to the Pacific Northwest having lost each of their previous three games to fall to 4-7.
The Vikings opened the season with a 27-24 win in Chicago, but they failed to build on that as they lost 22-6 at home to Atlanta.
They were then unable to back up a 48-10 win over Cincinnati as they lost 24-21 at Pittsburgh, before following a 21-17 win in Cleveland with a 28-22 defeat to Philadelphia.
Minnesota then lost 37-10 on the road at the Los Angeles Chargers, only to respond with a 27-24 upset of the Lions in Detroit.
The Vikings have not lost since though, following up home defeats to Baltimore, 27-19, and Chicago, 19-17, with a 23-6 loss at Green Bay last weekend.
Seattle Seahawks Form
Seattle enter this matchup having won five of their previous six games to improve their record to 8-3.
The Seahawks kicked off the campaign with a 17-13 defeat to San Francisco, but responded strongly as they backed up a 31-17 win in Pittsburgh with a 44-13 victory over New Orleans and a 23-20 success at Arizona.
They failed to make it four-in-a-row as they lost 38-35 to Tampa Bay, but they rebounded immediately to win 20-12 in Jacksonville.
Seattle followed that up with three more wins, as they beat Houston 27-19 at home, Washington 38-14 on the road and Arizona 44-22 at home.
The Seahawks’ run was then ended by a 21-19 defeat at the Los Angeles Rams, but they bounced back last weekend with a 30-24 success in Tennessee.
Verdict
Minnesota’s decision to let Sam Darnold go is looking worse by the minute, and now the Seattle quarterback gets to show them what they could have had.
