The United States are tipped to avenge their group stage loss to Switzerland.
USA have impressively dealt with several contenders on their way to the final, and that 6-2 rout of outright favourites Sweden in the semi-finals was a statement win from them.

United States Form
The United States go into the World Championship Final having won eight of their nine games in the tournament so far.
The Americans, seeking a first world championship since 1960, opened the tournament with back-to-back shutout wins, beating Denmark 5-0 and Hungary 6-0.
They failed to make it three-in-a-row as they were then shut out themselves in a 3-0 loss to Switzerland, but they have not lost since then.
The United States responded with a 6-5 overtime win over Norway, and backed that up with several convincing wins as they beat Germany 6-3, Kazakhstan 6-1 and defending champions, the Czech Republic, 5-2.
The Americans began the knockout stage with a 5-2 success against Finland, before producing their best display to date as they upset Sweden in the semi-finals, 6-2.
Switzerland Form
Switzerland also enter the final of the World Championship having won eight of their nine games in the tournament.
The Swiss came up agonisingly short a year ago as they were beaten in the final by the Czech Republic, and when the teams met again in the 2025 opener they again lost.
They were beaten 5-4 in overtime by the Czechs, but rebounded from that loss strongly as they backed up a 5-2 win over Denmark with a 3-0 shutout win over the United States.
Switzerland then beat Germany 5-1, Norway 3-0, Hungary 3-0 and Kazakhstan 4-1 to wrap up the group stage of the competition.
The Swiss eased through the quarter-finals with a 6-0 win over Austria, before racing out to an early lead and never looking back as they destroyed Denmark 7-0 in the semi-finals.
Verdict
Switzerland have out-scored their opposition 13-0 in the knockout stage, but they have faced a considerably easier ride the Americans.
The USA are battle-tested after a couple of extremely impressive wins over Finland and Sweden, so we are backing them to get their revenge and end their world championship drought.
