Eastbourne Debut Awaits In-Form Collignon
Raphael Collignon arrives in Eastbourne after an impressive run in Halle, where he won four matches as a qualifier to reach the quarterfinals. The result was particularly notable as he had never previously won a main-draw match on grass and was making only his second tour-level main-draw appearance on the surface.
The Belgian has enjoyed a strong season overall. Alongside his quarterfinal run in Halle, he reached the third round in both Miami and Roland Garros and also contested three Challenger finals. Those results helped him break into the top 50 for the first time, reaching a career-high ranking of No. 43 last week.

Juan Manuel Cerundolo Seeks First Grass-Court Victory
Juan Manuel Cerundolo closed out his clay-court season with a breakthrough run at Roland Garros, where he reached the fourth round. The highlight of that campaign was a remarkable comeback victory over world No. 1 Jannik Sinner in the second round after trailing by two sets and 1-5.
That result helped the Argentine break into the top 50 for the first time. His strong French Open showing came shortly after a title-winning run at the Bordeaux Challenger. Prior to those results, however, he had struggled to find consistency following the South American clay swing.
