Their good run continued when they returned to action to beat Arizona 34-26 at home, before winning 20-17 at Washington and 33-30 in overtime at Buffalo.
Minnesota’s seven-game streak was halted by a 40-3 blowout loss to Dallas, but they bounced back quickly to beat New England 33-26 and the New York Jets 27-22.
A 34-23 defeat in Detroit followed, only for the Vikings to again rebound with a couple of wins.
They beat Indianapolis 39-36 and the New York Giants 27-24 before crashing to a 41-17 defeat at Green Bay.
The Vikings rebounded in their regular season finale though, winning 29-13 on the road in Chicago.
