New York are looking to pull off another upset and book their place in the NFC Championship Game.
The Giants made a great start to life under Brian Daboll by winning six of their eight games before the bye week.
However, they were unable to maintain that form as they won just three of their remaining nine games.
Those three wins proved to be enough though, especially a 20-12 victory against division rivals Washington.
A 38-10 home win against Indianapolis then meant a Week 18 defeat to Philadelphia was not a costly one.
Going into the playoffs on the back of a loss was not ideal, and the Giants were considered underdogs for the Super Wildcard Weekend clash with Minnesota.
New York were able to defy the odds though at US Bank Stadium, holding on for a 31-24 victory to set up this Divisional round clash with Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Eagles Form
Philadelphia compiled a 14-3 regular season record to secure the number one see and enjoy a bye last weekend.
The Eagles stormed out of the blocks as they strung together eight consecutive wins, a run that was finally ended by a 32-21 defeat at home to Washington in Week 10.
They rebounded a week later to edge Indianapolis 17-16 and then followed that up with a 40-33 shootout win against Green Bay.
Philly’s streak was extended further as they blew out Tennessee 35-10, before heading out on the road to record two more wins.
The Eagles downed Saturday’s opponents, New York, 48-22 at MetLife Stadium, and then headed to Chicago to beat the Bears 25-20.
That set them up nicely for a trip to Dallas, but Philadelphia were unable to wrap up the NFC East title as they were beaten 40-34.
Jalen Hurts missed that loss through injury and then sat out a 20-10 defeat to New Orleans a week later.
Hurts did return to action in Week 18 though, leading the Eagles to a 22-16 win against the Giants at home.
