Jacksonville are riding a six-game win streak as they attempt to knock off the Chiefs in Kansas City.
The Jaguars sat 4-8 after a 40-14 blowout defeat in Detroit in Week 13, but their response to that loss was emphatic.
They won a huge AFC South showdown in Tennessee, 36-22, a week later, and backed that up with a 40-34 overtime upset of Dallas at home.
Jacksonville then kept their late surge going on the road over the next two weeks as their defense shut down the opposition.
The Jags downed the Jets 19-3 in New York and then travelled to Houston and recorded a dominant 31-3 win over the Texans.
That set up a winner-takes-all showdown with Tennessee in Week 18, with the victory taking the AFC South crown and a place in the postseason.
Jacksonville took it in dramatic fashion as a late fumble return for a touchdown earned them a 20-16 victory.
There would be even more drama on Super Wildcard Weekend as they staged an historic fightback to advance.
The Jaguars came back from 27-0 down to beat the Los Angeles Chargers 31-30, with Riley Patterson converting a game-winning 36-yard field goal as time expired.

Kansas City were then able to make it five-in-a-row in their regular season finale, securing the number once seeding in the AFC half of the playoffs.
The Chiefs made light work of the Raiders in Las Vegas, taking a 24-3 lead into half-time before eventually running out 31-13 winners.
