After losing all three of his matches during the grass-court swing, Alejandro Tabilo produced a confidence-boosting result in Bastad last week, reaching the semifinals with the help of a first-round bye and a walkover.
The 29-year-old started the season outside the top 80, but a runner-up finish in Rio de Janeiro, a third-round appearance in Miami, and his best French Open result by reaching the fourth round lifted him into the top 30 of the rankings.
Tabilo will now look to build on his recent momentum and further strengthen his position in the rankings. He is making his Estoril debut this week.

Tiago Torres Makes ATP Tour Debut
Tiago Torres has reached at least the semifinals in six tournaments this season, with all of those results coming on the ITF Futures circuit. He also competed in several Challenger events but was unable to produce notable results, with all of those campaigns ending in the early rounds.
The Portuguese began 2025 ranked outside the top 1,400, but his consistent results on the lower-level circuit have helped him climb more than 950 places in the rankings. That progress earned him a wildcard to make his ATP Tour main-draw debut this week.
Torres has never faced a top-100 player in his career. The highest-ranked opponent he has defeated was then-world No. 121 Billy Harris earlier this season.
