Humbert Targets Deep Washington Run
Ugo Humbert began his Washington campaign with a 6-2, 7-5 victory over qualifier Andres Martin in the first round. The Frenchman nearly let a 5-3 lead slip away in the second set but regained control to close out the match in straight sets.

Ben Shelton Battles Into Second Round
