The Eagles split their first four games of the season, but they have not lost since the 33-16 defeat at Tampa Bay in Week 4.
They rebounded with a 20-16 win over Cleveland, and backed that up on the road by beating the New York Giants 28-3 and Cincinnati 37-17.
Philadelphia then sandwiched a 34-6 win at Dallas with home wins over Jacksonville, 28-23, and Washington, 26-18.
The Eagles went out on the road after that to beat the Los Angeles Rams 37-20 and Baltimore 24-19, before returning home to take their streak to 10 games with a 22-16 win over Carolina and a 27-13 victory over Pittsburgh.

Washington enter this matchup knowing they must win to have any hope of claiming the NFC East crown.
The Commanders opened the season with a defeat at Tampa Bay, but responded strongly as they won seven of their next eight games to put themselves firmly in the playoff race.
That good run stalled in November though, starting with a 28-27 defeat when they entertained Pittsburgh.
Washington then went out on the road to lose 26-18 at division rivals Philadelphia, before returning home for a shock 34-26 loss to another NFC East foe, Dallas.
The Commanders have steadied the ship in December though, following up a 42-19 blowout of Tennessee with a 20-19 victory in New Orleans.
