San Antonio Brahmas Form
San Antonio go into Saturday’s matchup having seen their perfect start to the season end last weekend.
The Brahmas opened up against the DC Defenders and got off to an impressive start as they recorded a 27-12 victory.
They were able to build on that win a week later, although they needed some late heroics to get the job done in Memphis.
San Antonio trailed 16-0 heading into the fourth quarter, but they staged a sensational last-gasp fightback and scored two touchdowns in the final 107 seconds to snatch a 20-19 victory.
The Brahmas were unable to reach 3-0 however, as they returned home for a 31-24 defeat to St Louis last weekend.
Verdict
Michigan appear to be the more reliable and they have a kicker with a gigantic leg.
That makes the Panthers the more appealing pick in what is likely to be a close contest at the Alamodome.
