Katie Taylor is making the sixth defence of her undisputed lightweight crown in New York.
The 35-year-old Irish fighter became undisputed champion in June 2019 when she earned a split decision win over Delfine Persoon at Madison Square Garden.
She returned home to best Christina Linardatou to claim the junior-welterweight title later that year, before making the first defence of her lightweight crowns in the summer of 2020.
Taylor won her rematch with Persoon by unanimous decision, and three months later got the nod from the judges after facing Miriam Gutierrez.
Her next defence saw her beat domestic rival Natasha Jonas in May of last year.
Taylor then took her perfect professional record to 20-0 before the end of 2021 as he bested Jennifer Han and Firuza Sharipova over 10 rounds.
Amanda Serrano Form
Amanda Serrano has not lost a fight since dropping a decision to Frida Wallberg back in April 2021.
She has reeled of 28 straight victories, winning world titles in multiple weight classes during this streak.
She became WBC, WBO and IBO featherweight champion last year as she registered her 40th professional win.
Serrano knocked out Daniela Romina Bermudez in the ninth round to leave with the belts.
She then made a success defence of those titles by earning a decision win over Yamileth Mercado last August.
The 33-year-old Puerto Rican then completed a perfect year with a decision win against Miriam Gutierrez just before Christmas.
That victory took her professional boxing record to 42-1-1, with 30 wins coming via stoppage and 12 by decision.
