Buffalo head to Los Angeles having returned from the bye week with two big wins to improve to 8-6.
The Bills endured a disappointing run in November that saw them lose three of their four games to lose ground on Miami in the AFC East.
They were beaten 24-18 at Cincinnati and 24-22 at home by Denver, before snapping that losing sequence with a 32-6 blowout of the New York Jets.
Buffalo failed to follow that up as they then lost 37-34 in overtime in Philadelphia, but since returning from the bye they have been flawless.
The Bills downed Kansas City on the road, 20-17, and then returned home for an impressive 31-10 victory over Dallas on Sunday.
Los Angeles Chargers Form
Los Angeles come into this matchup having lost five of their last six games to fall to 5-9 on the season.
The Chargers go back to .500 in early November, but they soon found themselves with a losing record again as they were beaten 41-38 by Detroit.
They then lost 23-20 in Green Bay, before seeing their losing skid hit three games with a 20-10 defeat to Baltimore.
Los Angeles avoided a third straight defeat as they scraped past New England, 6-0, but they soon returned to losing ways.
The Chargers were beaten 25-7 at home by Denver, and then fell to a 63-21 defeat in Las Vegas that led to the firing of head coach Brandon Staley.
Verdict
Buffalo are coming off their best performance and win of the season so far, while Los Angeles are a mess.
