Edmonton enter this game on the back of a defeat but having enjoyed some decent form in recent weeks, winning three of their last four games.
The Elks made a miserable start to the season as they lost their first seven games of the campaign to enter August without a win.
Their form improved considerably during August though, as they kicked off the month with a 42-31 victory in Saskatchewan.
Edmonton then backed that up with a 33-16 home win against the BC Lions, before heading back out on the road to take down Hamilton, 47-22.
The Elks failed to make it four-in-a-row however, as they were beaten 21-17 at defending champions Montreal last time out.
Calgary Stampeders Form
Calgary come into this matchup looking to bounce back from the two defeats they suffered before the bye that left them 4-6.
The Stampeders made a decent start to the season as they won two of their first three games, but they have won just two of their seven outings since then.
They began July with a 30-26 defeat in Montreal, before moving on to Winnipeg where they lost 4-37 to the Blue Bombers.
Calgary avoided a third straight loss as they beat the BC Lions 25-24, and then responded to a 33-6 loss in Ottawa with a 27-23 success against Toronto.
The Stampeders have not won since though, losing 39-25 in Toronto before returning home for a 31-29 loss to Ottawa.

Calgary’s recent form has not been great, but they have been a reliable pick at home this season.
