Duke enter this matchup have bounced back from a couple of defeats with a victory in the first round.
The Blue Devils enjoyed several good win streaks during the regular season, including a five-game surge in February.
They lost two of the last five though, including an 84-79 defeat when they played host to North Carolina in their season finale.
Duke then failed to bounce back from that at the ACC tournament, falling at the first hurdle thanks to a 74-69 defeat to NC State.
The Blue Devils did halt their losing skid in the first round of March Madness however, beating Vermont 64-47.
James Madison Form
James Madison come into this game as the hottest team in the nation thanks to a 14-game win streak.
The Dukes have not tasted defeat since they were beaten 82-76 at Appalachian State back on January 27.
They responded to that loss by winning their final 10 games of the regular season, with the final four of those games coming on the road.
James Madison kept that streak going at the Sun Belt tournament as they beat Marshall 81-64 and Texas State 73-68, before blowing out Arkansas State in the final, 91-71.
The Dukes then made it 14 wins in a row in the first round of the national tournament, taking down Wisconsin, 72-61.
Verdict
Duke are rightly favorites for this one, but James Madison should not be underestimated.
They are more than capable of, at the very least, running the Blue Devils close in this second-round matchup.
